Hi, I'm J. JEFF!

I have lived in Las Vegas for 55 yrears.  

I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in real estate development. Shortly after graduating  I earned my real eatate license.

My interests where in building more than selling homes so I was able to get my general contractor's license and  started building small starter spec homes in Las Vegas with my brother choosing to remain a small company.

With my background as a real eatate broker and general contractor, I feel I am qualified to help new home buyers with the process of  selection, negotiation, purchase, building and closing of a new home.
